The renowned hotelier Stephen Brandman in collaboration with developer Jake Chetrit is all set to open two hotels in Los Angeles. These hotels will be his landmark Beaux art hotels under the Journal hotel collection.
Chief executive of Journal hotels Brandman in one of his interviews said,” We will be overseeing the opening and operating of both the Trinity Hotel and Hotel Clark in downtown LA”. As per Brandman, The Standard Highline hotel is part of their group. Brandman is known for his strategic working. He is all set to take Journal group of hotels to all new level. He has rich experience of working in Hotel industry, its been 30 years he is into this business.
The first historic hotel Trinity was opened in 1914, it was a huge 10 story hotel with 183 rooms. At that time it was considered as one of the largest buildings of that time. By this year-end, the hotel will be renovated with new facilities and features. It will have a new rooftop pool with amazing and mesmerizing downtown views of Los Angeles. Apart from this, there will be a big restaurant with the sitting capacity of 150 people. The restaurant will have four bars and a courtyard and a duplex lounge with private and alleyway entrance will add charm to the beauty of the restaurant.
Another hotel, Hotel Clark which has 11 stories and the large set of 347 rooms will get a new makeover after renovation with a new addition to the restaurant at poolside on the rooftop. It will be the USP of this hotel. Hotel Clark has also planned to have a restaurant in a street style. It has the capacity to accommodate almost 110 guests at a time. It will have three bars and this amazing hotel is all set to open for next fall season.
Bradman has no intentions to stop, for now, he has many new projects lined up for future. Out of all the projects, the most upcoming promising projects of Bradman is to open a hotel in Miami Beach and New York. In New York, his already running club “Never Never’ at Mondrian Park Avenue is the favorite spot of many celebrities and renowned personalities. It has been hotspot visiting a place of personalities like Victoria’s Secret model Lais Ribeiro, Leo DiCaprio, Michael Stipe, Patti Smith and many more. The nightclub is in the collaboration with nightclub guru Richie Akiva.
